Recipe:
1. Take 2 chicken breast and chop into 1 inch cubes. Wash and rinse your
2. Marinate with a cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of your favorite tandoori powder(I used MTR) and salt to taste. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Take the cubes of chicken and throw it in the air fryer for 10 min on each side at 370 degrees.
Mint Rice Recipe:
1. Soak 1 1/2 cup of rice in water for about 30 min
2. In a blender take a few sprigs of mint leaves, a handful of coriander, 4 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of ginger, and 3 green chilies and blend with a cup of water
3. In the instant pot, throw in 2 tablespoons of ghee, let this heat up. Add about 2 tablespoons of jeera(cumin seeds), 1 bay leaf, and 3 cloves. Then add in 1/2 cup of chopped onions and add salt to caramelize
4. Once the onions are cooked add your mint sauce and let this simmer for about 2 min.
5. Then add in your soaked rice and another 1 1/12 cup of water. Turn on the instant pot rice mode and let the rice cook. Once finished cooking fluff the rice with a fork
