
1. Boil linguini pasta or noodles of your choice in water.
2. In a separate pan add a few tablespoons of oil, 1/2 of a chopped onion, broccoli, and red bell peppers and fry.
3. In separate bowl add a tablespoon of peanut butter, a teaspoon of chili sauce depending on spice level, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of chili vinegar, 3 teaspoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of the hot water from the noodles and whisk
4. Add the noodles into the pan with the veggies and the stir in your peanut sauce.
Add cilantro and crushed peanuts on top for garnish. Enjoy 🙂
