The easiest and healthiest snack that can be made… a fruit smoothie ššš
Technically you can put anything in your smoothie, and it’s so perfect cause even if your fruits or veggies are going bad, no one will ever know!
I make this super simple fresh fruit smoothie. You can freeze it and make them into popsicles for the summer or freeze the fruit and blend them up to drink it right away!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 cup of almond milk
Blend until creamy smooth 
Instead of adding ice to my smoothie, I like to pre-cut everything, put them in ziplock bags and stick them in the freezer. If I’m doing this, I usually add a tablespoon of lime to each bag I order to help keep the fresh flavor. Ice cubes water down my smoothie and I’m not a huge fan of that.
Add to a popsicle tray or ice cube tray if you have left over smoothie. Stick a popsicle stick in the middle and put them in the freezer. So much better than buying fruit popsicles from the store with unknown added sugars and preservatives. It’s great for the summer time and an afternoon snack after work!
