Blueberry Pancakes

With a few simple ingredients, these easy and healthy pancakes are the perfect start to a sunny Saturday morning ☀️

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 wheat flour

3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups of almond milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. In a separate bowl whip the almond milk, egg, melted butter, and blueberries until slightly frothy

3. Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredient bowl and pour in the wet ingredients.

4. Mix all ingredients until smooth

5. In a lightly buttered pan, place a scoop of the pancake batter. Flip once there are bubbles on top of the pancake.

6. Add some bananas and maple syrup(or honey) to the top as garnish and enjoy!!
