  1. Lemon and honey contain therapeutic properties and is soothing for those non-morning people (you know who you are haha). One of the biggest benefits of this drink is an improved digestive system. The drink increases bile secretion and stomach acid production, which helps with breaking down your food as well as the absorption of nutrients. Undigested foods are harmful for the body and can lead to severe bloating, so the faster these foods digest, the better. It also relieves UTI’s and kidney stones. The diuretic effect of lemons and antibacterial properties from the honey, flush out any unwanted toxins in the body. This morning routine can only make you stronger by creating a better immune system to fight away any viruses during this winter season.
  2. I bet you’ve tried all those store brand acne treatments, lotions, and DIY’s… well so have I 😦 Sometimes they have the opposite effect and seem to make me break out more. Acne is something I have been suffering with since my teenage years and this was the first time I was seeing effective results.
